Team Format

Twenty-five teams of four shooters will spend the morning at one of the region's iconic clay target venues, then gather for food, beverages, awards, and sponsor recognition after the shoot.

Safety & Requirements

A mandatory safety briefing will be conducted before shooting begins. All participants are expected to follow club and event safety procedures throughout the day.

  • Bring your own 12-gauge shotgun if possible; contact us if you need help arranging a loaner
  • All participants must attend the safety briefing and sign the event waiver before shooting
  • Eye and ear protection are required throughout the course and available on-site if needed

Weather Policy

The event is held rain or shine. Sporting clays is an outdoor sport and light rain will not stop the fun. In the case of severe weather or dangerous conditions, schedule changes will be communicated via email and social media.
